Formed in 2011, JMS Consultancy is dedicated to helping clients find and eliminate the waste and non-value-adding efforts within their business processes. By doing this, clients can produce their correct product or service on cost, and on schedule. To meet this commitment, the mission of JMS Consultancy is to help clients’ organizations run at peak performance by identifying and removing the sources of waste and variation within processes, allowing maximized productivity with minimal waste and/or variation.

JMS Consultancy is a husband and wife-owned company located in Simi Valley, California. Jay Sucher, the principal consultant, has been in both the corporate and private sectors of business, working in manufacturing, quality assurance, and the business management elements for most of his working career.

Jay holds a BS and MBA in Business Administration. He received his training and certifications in Lean and Six Sigma practices and methodologies from APICS and NASA. The utilization of these methods is what will enable clients to recognize and eliminate waste and variation within their processes; and, reach long-term profitability and sustainability goals with the training and implementation assistance client’s will receive.
